“Best location, mediocre room. (But not as bad as we expected based on other reviews) As other reviews stated, 210 was where we stayed and I believe it’s their best room. Our previous Airbnb cancelled last minute so we found this place and were able to book 2 days prior to our trip. I didn’t read many reviews prior, and after reading more I got nervous that it would bad… but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The room, although bare bones and not luxurious, was fine. It was clean enough, had a fridge, TV, luggage closet, and a comfortable bed. Yes, there may be some missing floorboards, scratches on the walls, and a weird bathroom layout, but it was fine for us. The location is absolutely amazing, we were within a 30 min walk of anything we wanted to do - no bus required. From other reviews, it’s my understanding that the basement suites are the worst. We had sent a message asking for an upstairs room; I’m not sure if that affected where we were placed but we were happy with room 210. I would recommend this place if you’re okay with a no frills, basic stay, that is quite affordable compared to other places in Roma. PS: the staff were great and very helpful.”
